The property’s indoor meeting spaces include the 3,700 square foot Ballroom and two 1,100 square foot spaces – The Mafia Suite and Brig. Outside, our lush lawns are also popular for tented events and our on-site AV team can set up indoors or outdoors to meet your needs.
Catering
Parker Palm Springs is renowned for its exceptional culinary team who can create fabulous meals while accommodating any dietary restrictions. Themed meals can also be created to build on and extend the day’s discussions. Also, consider a signature cocktail – perhaps from our Lemonade Stand.
Events often extend over three-days and two nights, so Alexandra says that it is important to create a rhythm. For example, organizations may want a more casual meal on the first evening, as people settle in from their travel. The more formal, sit-down meal usually works best the second night.
